Looking at me so hard in JC this afternoon - w4m (Downtown Jersey City) 31yr (Craigslist Missed Connections)
You: Black guy in JC walking down Mercer (?) street, dark skinned guy. looking at me a whole lot, watching and waiting, had a cap on and was dressed in a black jacket. Maybe about 45 or so. About 3:25pm. I was with my friend.
