04/17/2013 - COMMUNITY: Chamber of Commerce Roundtable on Lowering Health Costs
The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce's ROUNDTABLE aims to provide businesses with an opportunity to learn more about what is driving rising healthcare costs for employers and how local healthcare facilities are working to bring down those costs.
The session will be moderated by Nicholas A. Chiaravalloti, Executive Director of the Guarini Institute for Government and Leadership. The panel will feature Joseph Scott, President and CEO of LibertyHealth; Susan Walsh, Medical Director of the Accountable Care Organization at Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC); Ward Sanders, President of the New Jersey Association of Health Plans; and Assemblyman Gary Schaer.
Continental breakfast will be served and free parking will be available at JCMC, located at 355 Grand St. A free shuttle will transport attendees from the hospital to the museum.
