We rent in the heights, 2br, 2 parking spots, only one bathroom though, laundry, storage, dishwasher, living/dining room for under 1600. Downtown you can just get the $15 street permit but parking is hard to come by on the street on some nights. If you look at Bayonne and even in Greenville you can find places with driveways.
